Welcome to the Wildcats' Youth Hockey page!

Here you can find all the forms required to sign your child up for the Wildcats' Youth Hockey programs. Please fill them out and send them to Sean Fish either by email (sfish -AT- wfwildcatshockey.com) or fax (940-716-5544).

Please note: Start dates have changed for all levels. Mini-mites start November 5, Mites on November 7, and the Squirts and Peewees on September 29. We will be holding another registration on September 27. All players MUST be registered with USAHockey.

Mini-mites will skate Saturday mornings from 10:30-11:30 am.

Mites will skate Monday evenings from 6:15-7:15 pm.

Squirts and Peewees will skate Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:15-7:15 pm.
